Purchases are valid for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Return Conditions

All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Unwashed

  • Unworn

  • Free of any odors or damage

  • With all original tags attached

We only accept returns of unused and undamaged items.

⚠️ Note:

  • Blowout items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Custom-sized or fully custom orders are non-refundable, as they are made to your provided measurements or specs.

Free Returns for U.S. Orders

We provide a FREE prepaid UPS shipping label for all approved U.S. returns and exchanges with an RMA number.

If you choose not to use the prepaid label, we recommend using a traceable carrier like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please keep the tracking number to confirm your return reaches us.

International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Process

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with the following:

  • Your Order Number

  • The email address used during the order

  • Reason for return

  • Type of return (Exchange, Refund, or Store Credit)

  • For exchanges, specify the size or variation you'd like

Once we receive your request, you'll get an RMA number within 1 business day. After that, we’ll send return instructions and a prepaid label (for U.S. orders).

Refunds to Original Payment

Once we receive your item, refunds are processed within 7–8 business days, based on:

  • Inspection time at our facility (up to 3 business days)

  • Bank processing time (up to 5 business days)

Instructions will be included once you complete the RMA request.
